DESCRIPTION:Overview\nNHPSAA is looking for volunteers to support our CNY Goodies Distribution. Your help will ensure orders are packed accurately and handed over smoothly to parents and students collecting at the school. \nWe need 5 volunteers for each session: \n\n\nSession A: Saturday\, 31 January 2026\, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm \n\n\nSession B: Wednesday\, 4 February 2026\, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm \n\n\n📍 Venue: Nan Hua Primary School Canteen \n\nVolunteer Role\nAs a distribution volunteer\, you will help to: \n\n\nSort and pack goodies into individual orders \n\n\nLabel/check orders against the collection list \n\n\nPass orders to parents/students during collection \n\n\nMaintain an orderly flow at the collection point \n\n\nNo special skills needed\, just careful hands and a friendly smile 🙂 \n\nWho Can Volunteer\n\n\nAlumni\, parents\, and family members (age 13+ recommended) \n\n\nAble to commit to the full shift (or let us know if you can only do part) \n\n\n\nWhat to Bring / Wear\n\n\nComfortable attire and covered shoes \n\n\nNHPSAA alumni tee if you have one (optional) \n\n\nWater bottle (we’ll be moving around) \n\n\n\nSign Up\nPlease RSVP via the sign-up form below and indicate which session you can help with: \n\n\n✅ 31 Jan (Sat) 9:00 am–12:00 pm \n\n\n✅ 4 Feb (Wed) 9:00 am–12:00 pm \n\n\n✅ Or both sessions (if you’re able!) \n\n\nSpots are limited (5 per session). \n\nQuestions?\nWhatsApp NHPSAA: +65 8348 2898Email: general@nhpsalumni.org.sg \nThank you for supporting NHPSAA and making this festive season smoother for every family collecting their goodies! 🧧✨
