DESCRIPTION:The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the most treasured celebrations at Nan Hua Primary School\, where students\, parents\, alumni\, ex-students\, and the School Management Committee come together as one Nan Hua family to celebrate under the full moon. \n📅 Date: Thursday\, 2 October 2025🕕 Time: 6.00 pm – 9.00 pm (we can cater to volunteers that could only come slightly later)📍 Venue: Nan Hua Primary School \nThis year\, the Nan Hua Primary School Alumni Association is supporting the school by running: \n\n\n🍢 Food & Drinks stalls (cotton candy\, popcorn\, ice cream\, hotdogs\, fishballs\, drinks) \n\n\n🛍️ Merchandise store (mooncakes & festive items) \n\n\n🎮 Games booths (with fun prizes for participants) \n\n\n📸 Photo Booth (traditional costumes & instant QR code downloads) \n\n\nTo make this event a success\, we need at least 30 volunteers to help with:✅ Stall operations (serving food\, sales\, stock top-ups)✅ Queue management✅ Game marshals & prize distribution✅ Costume & photo booth assistance✅ General setup and clean-up \nThis will be a fun and fulfilling experience — a chance to reconnect with old friends\, contribute to our alma mater\, and be part of a meaningful community celebration.
