Volunteer Support: CNY Goodies Distribution (31 Jan & 4 Feb 2026)

Overview

NHPSAA is looking for volunteers to support our CNY Goodies Distribution. Your help will ensure orders are packed accurately and handed over smoothly to parents and students collecting at the school.

We need 5 volunteers for each session:

• Session A: Saturday, 31 January 2026, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

• Session B: Wednesday, 4 February 2026, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

📍 Venue: Nan Hua Primary School Canteen

Volunteer Role

As a distribution volunteer, you will help to:

• Sort and pack goodies into individual orders

• Label/check orders against the collection list

• Pass orders to parents/students during collection

• Maintain an orderly flow at the collection point

No special skills needed, just careful hands and a friendly smile 🙂

Who Can Volunteer

• Alumni, parents, and family members (age 13+ recommended)

• Able to commit to the full shift (or let us know if you can only do part)

What to Bring / Wear

• Comfortable attire and covered shoes

• NHPSAA alumni tee if you have one (optional)

• Water bottle (we’ll be moving around)
