🌕 Call for Volunteers – Mid-Autumn Festival 2025

The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the most treasured celebrations at Nan Hua Primary School, where students, parents, alumni, ex-students, and the School Management Committee come together as one Nan Hua family to celebrate under the full moon.

📅 Date: Thursday, 2 October 2025
🕕 Time: 6.00 pm – 9.00 pm (we can cater to volunteers that could only come slightly later)
📍 Venue: Nan Hua Primary School

This year, the Nan Hua Primary School Alumni Association is supporting the school by running:

• 🍢 Food & Drinks stalls (cotton candy, popcorn, ice cream, hotdogs, fishballs, drinks)

• 🛍️ Merchandise store (mooncakes & festive items)

• 🎮 Games booths (with fun prizes for participants)

• 📸 Photo Booth (traditional costumes & instant QR code downloads)

To make this event a success, we need at least 30 volunteers to help with:
✅ Stall operations (serving food, sales, stock top-ups)
✅ Queue management
✅ Game marshals & prize distribution
✅ Costume & photo booth assistance
✅ General setup and clean-up

This will be a fun and fulfilling experience — a chance to reconnect with old friends, contribute to our alma mater, and be part of a meaningful community celebration.
